मुंबईत झालेल्या Indo-American Chambers of Commerce National Convention 2026 मध्ये मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांनी भारत-अमेरिका धोरणात्मक भागीदारी आणि महाराष्ट्रातील गुंतवणुकीच्या संधींवर भाष्य केले. तंत्रज्ञान, शिक्षण, विद्यापीठे, डेटा सेंटर्स आणि सेमीकंडक्टर क्षेत्रात भारत आणि अमेरिकेमध्ये सहकार्य वाढण्याची शक्यता त्यांनी मांडली. यावेळी अमेरिकेचे भारतातील राजदूत यांच्यासोबत महाराष्ट्रातील धोरणात्मक भागीदारी आणि गुंतवणुकीबाबत चर्चा झाल्याचे सांगितले.
पुणे मेट्रो प्रकल्प जवळपास पूर्ण झाला असून, त्याच्या उद्घाटनासाठी पंतप्रधानांना निमंत्रित केल्याचेही फडणवीस यांनी सांगितले.
महाराष्ट्रातील अन्नभेसळीविरोधातील FDA च्या कठोर कारवाईवरही त्यांनी भर दिला. अन्नाची गुणवत्ता आणि मानके कायम राखणे महत्त्वाचे असल्याचे त्यांनी स्पष्ट केले. मोदी यांच्या नेतृत्वाखाली महाराष्ट्राची अर्थव्यवस्था वाढत असून, जागतिक स्तरावर महाराष्ट्र २०व्या क्रमांकाची अर्थव्यवस्था असल्याचेही त्यांनी नमूद केले.
